16/10/2019 — Templiner Park for Bewocon

The heart of #Berlin sports a new mixed use building designed by @Graft – they call it #TemplinerPark. It sits at the corner of Templiner Straße at Teutoburger Platz and fills one quarter of a Berlin block. While the ground level has spaces for commercial use the upper floors houses a variety of 2- to 5-room apartments. I had the pleasure to work for @Bewocon and document most of the apartments right before their first occupancy.
