18/03/2020 — ZOOM Berlin

This is ZOOM, a newer development to #Berlin's City West. US investor @Hines engaged Berlin architects @HascherJehle to design a new building to replace a structure from the 1970s. It is a mixed-use development with four floors of retail space and three floors of office space.

With its smooth curved facade towards Joachimsthaler Strasse ZOOM elegantly contrasts the neighboring Waldorf Astoria #highrise.
