26/01/2022 — update on East Side Berlin
And now back to Berlin: Here are a number of frosty yet sunny shots from the #EastSide. Last week I witnessed the crane at Stream Tower being unmounted. The East Side Tower is growing fast, too.
The area has been undergoing massive #urban redevelopment in the last few years and we are now seeing the last plots to be completed. As a rather artificially inserted chunk of urban infill the East Side for now seems disconnected from its neighboring quarters. I will continue to examine its further soft development and see how it will be adopted by the population in the long run…
