05/10/2022 — Berlin bald fertig enters photographic collection of Stadtmuseum Berlin
This is Ines Hahn, curator of the photographic collection of the @StadtmuseumBerlin, holding up the title image of my series #BerlinBaldFertig. After my 14-piece panorama of #Bodestrasse was added to the collection, they now also have added the complete series #BerlinBaldFertig to it.
I am very thankful to André Kirchner who hosted my exhibition in late 2020 and who brought my work to her attention. This is my first contribution to a significant major collection. My work is now in exceptional company. The museum has an overall store of around 4.5 million artefacts related to the art, culture and history of Berlin including photos, drawings, sculptures and paintings. These treasures can be seen in permanent and special exhibitions.
